Meet Your Yoga Instructors

Join the morning yoga sessions held at 7am on Thursday, Friday & Sunday in Dunningham Park. There are limited places available, so be quick and sign up below. A small donation of $10, $20 or $50 to secure your place will go to the Sally Fitzgibbons Foundation, established to inspire the next generation of Aussie kids to live active and healthy lives.




7am-8am Thursday, November 3 – Janine Leagh

HYA Yoga founder Janine Leagh is a former British National athlete and coach from the age of 16. Janine has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree and has been teaching yoga, coaching and presenting around the world for over 20yrs. Now living in South Sydney with her Yogi husband Chris, together they are dedicated to bringing the art of transformational Yoga and fluid movement to the community through Body-Mind practices.  visit


7am-8am Friday, November 4 – Zhenya Gerson

Zhenya is an I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, with Level 2 study and certification, Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Consultant and Yoga Instructor with 16yrs in the wellness industry. Zhenya is the founder of Exhale Yoga, she is driven to empower people to be aware of their own bodies, to live a healthy life and make conscious decisions about their own health and for their personal wellbeing. 7am-8am Sunday, November 6 – Nikki Ayres 

Nikki Ayres is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach that is passionate about showing people how to live a life in balance and flow. Nikki has been operating her studio in South Cronulla since 2014 and since starting she has hosted a series of wellness events such as ‘Mind Body Stroll’ to raise money for mental illness in the community, along with regular yoga and wellness retreats in Sydney and Indonesia.
